Our kitchen has always understood how to successful combine Tyrolean tradition and Mediterranean flair – a fact to which our satisfied guests can testify. Thus, our menu features not only local specialties such as the "Klausner Knödeltris" (various dumplings), but also a never-ending list of re-interpreted Italian dishes.

The Torgglkeller was one of the first pizzerias established in the Eisack / Isarco Valley. Today, it still offers a creative mix of classic pizzas (e.g., Capricciosa, Margherita), our pizza specialties (e.g., Goliath, "Fliegerpizza," Mulino), and popular seasonal pizzas (e.g., Asparagus Pizza with Bozen / Bolzano Sauce, Pizza Topped with Fresh Chanterelles). We use only select ingredients for the pizzas upon which our restaurant’s reputation rests, and carefully bake the pizzas in our own wood-stoked oven.
