Dogs are welcome upon request and only in selected room categories. A nightly fee of €20 to €30 (excluding food) applies, depending on your dog’s weight.
Cancellation conditions
Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation, no fees apply.
6 to 1 day before arrival: 60 % of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
On the day of arrival: 100 % of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100 % of the price for the booked but unused nights will be charged.
Forms of payment
The bill can be settled upon departure in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please note that we do not accept American Express (AMEX) or Diners Club cards.
With all the hustle and bustle of departure, it can of course happen that a piece of luggage or other personal item is forgotten. We are happy to take care of reuniting the forgotten piece and its owner. To make this easier, please use the following form:
