Arrival, departure and parking

Arrival from 2.30 p.m., departure until 10.00 a.m. We are happy to offer you an early check-in or late check-out, depending on availability.

Please note the directions to the Hotel Schmuckhof. The navigation system does not always know the exact address to the in-house parking lot.

Forms of payment

Upon departure, it is possible to pay the bill in cash or by debit and credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
We do not accept American Express and Diners Club cards.

Lost and found

With all the hustle and bustle of departure, it can of course happen that a piece of luggage or other personal item is forgotten. We are happy to take care of reuniting the forgotten piece and its owner. To make this easier, please use the following form:

Cancellation conditions

If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, there are no additional cancellation costs.
In the event of cancellation within 6 to 1 day before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total amount booked will be charged.
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, a fee of 90% of the total amount booked will be incurred.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 90% apply to the days booked but not used.
Covid travel restrictions: In the event of lockdown, red zone, quarantine, bookings can be canceled free of charge.
