Children from 0 to 2.99 years: €10 per night (without baby cot, when sharing the parents’ bed) Baby cot: available on request at a cost of €10 per night Extra bed for children up to 2.99 years: an additional bed in the room is available on request and is charged at €35 per night.
Children from 3 to 7.99 years: 50% discount in an extra bed or on the sofa bed
Children from 8 to 11.99 years: 30% discount in an extra bed or on the sofa bed
Children from 12 years onwards: 20% discount in an extra bed or on the sofa bed
The discounts apply when children are accommodated in a double room with two adults paying the full rate.
Dogs & Pets
Dogs are welcome upon request and only in selected room categories. For your dog's stay, we charge between €25 and €35 per night (food not included), depending on the dog's weight.
Dogs are welcome in the restaurant. Please note, however, that they are not permitted in the swimming pool area, on the sunbathing lawns, or in the wellness area.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accommodate dogs with a body weight of up to 40 kg.
Cancellation conditions
Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation, no fees apply.
6 to 1 day before arrival: 60 % of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
On the day of arrival: 100 % of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100 % of the price for the booked but unused nights will be charged.
Forms of payment
The bill can be settled upon departure in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please note that we do not accept American Express (AMEX) or Diners Club cards.
